At TIZZIL you can shop in a number of ways. Browse the site using the drop down menus (Clothing, Watches, Jewelry, Bags) or if you know exactly what it is you're looking for, you can use the search function which is always located at the top center of our page.
Placing an order is easy at TIZZIL. Here’s how it works:
- Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style.
- Select the items you'd like to purchase and click 'Add to cart'. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to checkout under 'Go to Checkout'.
- Sign in to your account if you have not done so already or sign in through SHOP. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
- Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Check whether all the details are correct and then complete your purchase.
Placing an order is easy at TIZZIL. Here’s how it works:
- Confirmation: Once you place your order and it has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from TIZZIL confirming the receipt of your order.
- Dispatch: Once your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email with details of your order and how you can track your delivery.
- Delivery: Depending on your location, you will receive your item within the specified timeframe from the partner's courier.

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most coveted products and as items are often limited, reservations are unavailable. As a result, placing an item in your shopping cart or wish list does not reserve it.
All of our products have been expertly curated from the world’s best luxury boutiques and we guarantee all items are authentic. Authenticity cards and serial numbers may not always be included with your item if the designer has not supplied them or the item is vintage and they are not available anymore.
Your order will be carefully packaged by our partner to ensure it arrives to you in great condition. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the partner.
At TIZZIL you are shopping pieces from our luxury partner boutiques around the globe, expertly curated for you by our team. Prices are determined by each individual partner, therefore the price of the same item may vary depending on your location and where you order an item from. However, due to the international product sourcing we are able to offer a significant price advantage of approximately 40% compared to regional retail.

The currency that you shop with is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in GBP at a competitive exchange rate.

Your order will typically be processed and dispatched within one to five (1–5) business days following successful payment authorisation, subject to stock availability and the fulfilment timelines of the relevant Brand. As TIZZIL operates a global multi-brand marketplace, certain items may ship directly from the Brand’s own warehouse or fulfilment location rather than from a single central warehouse. Where your order contains items from multiple Brands, these items may be dispatched separately and may arrive at different times.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the name of the carrier and your tracking number, where tracking is available. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
In some destinations, deliveries are completed using a “last mile carrier.” This refers to the local logistics provider responsible for the final stage of delivery in the destination country or region. Where a last mile carrier is used, the relevant local carrier details and tracking references will be available within your tracking information.
Delivery timeframes displayed on the Website or in communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we and our Brand partners aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, transit times may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs clearance, local carrier operations, peak trading periods, promotional campaigns, adverse weather conditions, or other logistical disruptions. During busy periods such as sales events or major campaigns, processing and delivery times may be extended.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or attempt to place the parcel in a safe location in accordance with their standard procedures. Alternatively, the carrier may provide instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot or collection point. Responsibility for following the carrier’s instructions and arranging redelivery or collection rests with the customer.
If your tracking information indicates an issue with delivery, or if your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact TIZZIL Customer Care at support@tizzil.co and we will assist in liaising with the relevant Brand and carrier to investigate.
